I’ve been a competing athlete for 11 years. At age 16 I began competing at a regional level and quickly progressed to competing at a national level. I am currently competing at a senior level and have previously competed for Team GB and Team England. My greatest achievement to date would be finishing 6th in the World University Games in Italy. Throughout my sporting career I’ve dealt with injuries and found it difficult to find someone reliable who specialises in treatments to rehabilitate me. Since working with Jass we’ve been able to manage injuries better, we have also found when I’ve been injured that the recovery period has been a lot quicker.
