I am a 100m sprinter who has represented Wales, with a personal best of 10.35. Over the past few seasons I have struggled with a number of frustrating injuires, that have cut my seasons short. Since seeing Jass for treatment I have been able to train harder and compete more often than previous seasons, recovering much faster. Jass is always willing to help and and takes the time to listen and focus on any problem areas. I can't thank him enough for all the help and advice he continues to give me.
